About the Role
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports for management.
- Support the team in administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation.
- Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.
Requirements
- Preferably Civil or Structural Engineer
- 1–3 years of experience in operations coordination or similar role
- Must know how to drive
- Not afraid of heights
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
