OpenText Application Lead - India

We are urgently looking for an experienced OpenText Application Lead / Specialist to provide L2/L3 support, administration, monitoring, and optimization of OpenText Content Suite, xECM for SAP, and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) platforms.

Key Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in OpenText application support, administration, and maintenance.
• Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Content Suite, xECM for SAP, and VIM solutions.
• L2/L3 support experience, including incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Experience supporting SAP-integrated OpenText environments, workflows, metadata, users, roles, and permissions.
• Proven expertise in application monitoring, performance tuning, patching, upgrades, and release management.
