Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, HR, SIR departments to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements
Candidate must have strong ServiceNow experience as a BA, create user stories and navigate ServiceNow, develop workflows
Conduct workshops and interviews to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement
Ensure that requirements are clearly articulated and aligned with business objectives
Write clear and concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
Ensure that user stories are understood and agreed upon by both the development team and stakeholders
Break down high-level requirements into smaller, actionable pieces
Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of user stories.
