Qualifications

• Experience with early-stage feasibility assessment of constructing industrial facility/building is a priority. This experience would include familiarity with permitting, services and utilities, and their associated field studies required to assess the feasibility of the facility.
• Experience with industrial developments and or writing a business case is an asset.
• Requires the following experience, knowledge and abilities:
• Project management, specifically, experience in developing project requirements and plans, preparing cost estimates, participating in request for proposal and contract bidding and award processes, managing projects in execution phase, and managing project closeout.
