Responsibilities

• Agency‑Seller Matching Operations – Facilitate and coordinate matching groups between TAP video agencies and sellers/brands, ensuring clear communication, proper documentation, and timely progress updates.
• Performance Tracking and Analysis – Track overall TAP performance, including agency participation, seller coverage, video output, campaign progress and other relevant metrics; provide summaries, insights, and progress analysis.
• External Document Maintenance – Maintain and update external‑facing documents for agencies, including trackers, guidelines, campaign briefs, onboarding materials, FAQs, and other operational references.
