Onsite Operations Specialist

About The Role

We are looking for an Onsite Operations Specialist who loves to improve efficiency in everything and always gets things done.

As part of the Operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our events run smoothly from planning to closure, leading a team and making sure that every operational detail is under control.

You will be responsible for:

• Designing and coordinating the operational plan for events, ensuring all requirements are covered.
• Leading the onsite execution, ensuring setup, live operations, and closure happen seamlessly.
• Supervising the event closure process, including reconciliations, incident reporting, and improvement feedback.
