About the Role
Step into a Bilingual Technical Analyst role with OnX Canada in Sherbrooke for a 1-year contract. Collaborate with the IT team to empower staff with effective technical support.
This onsite opportunity demands strong bilingual capabilities along with experience in Microsoft Office 365 and JAMF. You will provide first and second level support while troubleshooting technical issues and managing inventory for endpoint devices. Your role will include assisting customers and ensuring all technical requests are met efficiently.
