On-Site Account Manager - PART TIME

Hours: Part Time Monday - Friday (25 hours)
Competitive salary - DOE
We're looking for an On-Site Account Manager, with experience in a similar role previously. Your role will be to independently manage our clients site, the candidates on site and resourcing for new candidates.
What you will get up to as an Account Manager:
- Pre-screen candidates to ensure quality and suitability
- Achieve KPIs to support both client delivery and candidate development
- Conduct registrations and complete associated testing to build strong talent pools
- Support workers into sustainable, long-term employment
- Monitor and manage attendance and timekeeping
- Attend client review meetings, providing insight into the current recruitment market
