About the Role
MyWärtsilä (and Wärtsilä Online) customer platforms are Wärtsilä’s digital interfaces with our customers.
We are now looking for an E-commerce Expert to drive the growth, performance, and continuous improvement of Wärtsilä digital commerce. This role combines hands‑on operational ownership with strong leadership and project management capabilities to ensure the successful delivery of digital initiatives and an exceptional customer experience.
Preferred locations for this permanent position are Finland and Italy but other Wärtsilä European time zone locations can be considered.
Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day operations of MyWärtsilä e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal performance, stability, and user experience.
- Collaborate with the MyWärtsilä product owner to define the scope and lead end‑to‑end delivery of e‑commerce initiatives, which support our business growth.
