KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Digital Ecommerce Content Strategy
- Own the Perfect Digital Store (PDS) execution across Amazon, Flipkart for multiple product portfolios.
- Assess assortment completeness, content quality, search visibility, creatives and Reviews and Ratings;
translate briefs into prioritised action plans with defined owners and timelines. - Govern Digital Shelf standards across listings—including A+ Content, Brand Store, and catalogue hygiene—ensuring a consistent brand narrative that improves organic discoverability and conversion.
