About the Role
The Oncology Category Lead for North Latin America (NOLA) is a senior commercial leadership role accountable for the full P&L performance of the Oncology portfolio across Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Central America, and the Caribbean (CAC). Reporting to the NOLA Cluster Lead, the role leads business strategy, cross‑functional team alignment, and external stakeholder engagement to maximize patient access, revenue growth, and long‑term portfolio sustainability across diverse and evolving market environments. It is a high‑visibility, high‑impact role at the intersection of commercial excellence, policy advocacy, and oncology portfolio strategy.
