About the Role
Position: Onboarding Specialist
Location: Remote (South Africa, US Hours)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Salary: South African Rand (ZAR)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new employees to facilitate smooth integration.
- Create, update, and maintain onboarding materials such as guides, tutorials, and checklists.
- Collaborate with various departments to tailor onboarding content to specific roles.
- Conduct orientation sessions and training to familiarize new hires with company culture, policies, and systems.
- Monitor onboarding progress and provide feedback to management.
- Serve as a point of contact for new hires during their initial employment period to address questions and concerns.
- Continuously seek to improve onboarding procedures based on feedback and best practices.
