- As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and compliant new-hire experience. You will manage the full onboarding lifecycle for a steady volume of candidate across multiple start dates and regions, oversee background checks and drug screens, and ensure data accuracy across all onboarding processes.
