About the Role
Become an integral part of Quantum Lifecycle Partners LP as an On-Site Human Resources Coordinator in North York, Ontario. This full-time role focuses on effective HR support and compliance with policies.
You will provide timely assistance in HR processes, manage trainings, and support recruitment efforts. The position requires active participation in employee engagement initiatives and maintaining vital records. Additional experience in HR compliance and strong analytical abilities will be beneficial in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist employees with HR inquiries and policies
• Maintain and update employee files and training records
