As the Sr. Lead - Agile Creation Developer, you will be the architect for new products & platforms that venture beyond current capabilities. As a development “Rover”, you must have technical knowledge of vastly different full system development types with the ability to work autonomously on tooling engineering and material development. You are the “Swiss Army Knife”. You require minimal supervision and your reach, end-to-end, will be broader than any other on the team. You are highly curious, highly ambitious, and are energized by the fact that your day-to-day is never the same. Of our five spirits at On, you identify most with the Explorer Spirit.
