About the Role
Step into a freelance role as an On-Demand IT Support Engineer, specializing in Smart Hands services for customer locations. This part-time, ticket-based position is designed for independent IT field engineers.
We are looking for proficient EUC L1 / Smart Hands Support Engineers to provide on-site technical support as needed. You'll troubleshoot various hardware issues while performing installations and ensuring smooth IT functions on demand. Familiarity with IMACD tasks is crucial, along with the ability to document and share your work effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site Smart Hands and EUC support services
