Offshore Technical Proposal Engineer

**Job Description Summary** The Technical Proposal Engineer shall be a key application engineer in the Sales Team working closely with the Sales Manager assessing customer requirements to generate a technical proposal based on an understanding the businesses core scope for Power and Propulsion, Dynamic Positioning and Automation Systems for Offshore Marine Systems. The Application Engineer will support all stages of an opportunity from early lead identification to securing the order and be responsible for various elements including technical scope generation, material cost estimation and project risk assessment.
