About the Role

We are looking for a polite and professional Office Receptionist to manage front desk operations and create a welcoming environment in our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will handle administrative and clerical duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm professional manner.
  • Answer incoming calls, direct them appropriately and take messages.
  • Manage the reception area ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying and document handling.
