About the Role
We are looking for a polite and professional Office Receptionist to manage front desk operations and create a welcoming environment in our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will handle administrative and clerical duties efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls, direct them appropriately and take messages.
- Manage the reception area ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying and document handling.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed.
