About the Role

  • Support in the office management functions, including but not limited to internal events and meetings coordination, office and workplace setup
  • Packing, ordering and replenish of office and pantry supplies
  • Administrative tasks including and not limited to printing / photocopying materials, filing, ordering stationery or supplies
  • Coordinate with logistics forwarder or courier for the arrangement of incoming and outgoing shipment and delivery
  • Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the supervisor
