To augment the existing team of the liability department, based in Singapore, with the development and handling of all aspects of baggage claims in the Asia Pacific region. Business‑level proficiency in reading and writing Traditional Chinese is essential for client liaison with Mandarin‑speaking clients.

• Develop negotiation skills in handling baggage claims.
• Maintain records of fees, budgets and time recorded on files; responsible for own time recording for fee purposes.
• Assist in efficient filing of correspondence and documents, maintain data records, and issue regular quarterly bordereaux/invoicing.
• Generate monthly reports and case statistics for airlines.
• Support and assist the existing adjuster in handling department case work on behalf of underwriters and their clients.
