Office Assistant

Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for providingfront desk, administrative, and operational support, including but not limitedto:
Answering phone calls and attending to enquiries
Greeting and assisting visitors, students, and staff
Handling incoming and outgoing mail/documents
Managing front desk operations and attending to student requests
Photocopying, printing, binding, laminating, and collating documents
Preparing and printing school worksheets, examination papers, reports, and other materials
Maintaining stock of printing consumables such as paper and toner
Ensuring the printing and office areas are neat and properly maintained
Providing general clerical and administrative support
Assisting in logistical arrangements for school events and activities
Carrying out any other duties assigned by the school/company
