Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, answer phones, and provide general customer service
  • Coordinate daily office activities and manage files
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents
  • Manage office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Perform data entry tasks and generate reports as requested
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and other related tasks

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational skills as well as strong communication skills. They should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to multi-task, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in MS Office is also required.
