Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor inventories (such as pantry items, stationeryand other office supplies) and ensure that the supplies are purchased ata reasonable cost.
- Manage the office equipment and ensure items are in working condition.
- Manage office/ building matters, facilities and cleaning services, maintenance and other related issues.
- Manage company-issued devices, such as laptops, mobile phones andtablets, including working with telecommunication company on matterssuch as new sign-up and re-contract.
- Attend to incoming calls and visitors in courteous manner and appropriate procedures.
- Handle incoming & outgoing mails/courier etc.
- Process invoices and billings, including requesting for purchase order etc.
- Assist on travel arrangements, such as booking of flights and hotels.
