We’re hiring a Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to manage day‑to‑day accounting and support office operations. This hands‑on role is best suited for someone organized, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
- Full‑cycle bookkeeping (AP, AR, general ledger)
- Payroll processing
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assist with month‑end and year‑end close
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Basic reporting and administrative support
- Coordinate with external accountants
Qualifications
- Experience in bookkeeping or similar role
- Knowledge of accounting fundamentals
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong attention to detail and time management
