About the Role
Responsibilities
- Greet clients/customers with professionalism, on the phone and in person and respond to correspondence;
- Assist with overseeing the operation and management of the office, including liaising with Technology, People Culture, Office Services, cleaning staff, other departments and counterparts in our Toronto office as needed;
- Order office supplies, distribute mail and courier packages, manage Boardroom Scheduling and Maintenance;
- Oversee the tidiness of common areas, including meeting rooms and kitchen spaces;
- Assist the accounting department with various tasks including overseeing the incoming accounts payable correspondence, scanning cheques for deposit, and other items as required;
- Receive, scan and organize invoices for all projects and distribute for approval to various project teams;
