Offer Industrialization Manager

Summarise the purpose of this position to assess its expected contribution to the results of the company This is a senior position responsible for leading China industrialization team (Xiamen) for Medium Voltage business in Global & China for China OCP projects (PMP, PEP, OTM, Transfer) for different MV Leagues (GIS, AIS, Component & bricks, Digital, etc.). Define and implement supply chain/industrialization/manufacturing strategy (short term / long term). Guide the team in innovative and professional process (standardization, procedure, process improvement). Continuously driving industrialization team to achieve KPI from good to excellent (product cost, project Capex & Expense, TTM, Efficiency). Directly leading the Offer Industrialization leader team in Xiamen to achieve solid project target.
