Odoo Functional Analyst

We’re looking for a versatile Odoo Functional Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and system execution. You’ll be responsible for the entire process, from gathering requirements and configuring Odoo modules end-to-end to writing developer specifications and training users. You’re comfortable working with various stakeholders, including CFOs, as well as with inventory and accounting configurations.

Core Responsibilities

A. Business Analysis:

• Engage stakeholders to understand workflows, challenges, and goals.
• Lead workshops, translate needs into functional specifications, and perform gap analysis.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

B. Functional Analysis:

• Configure core modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, Manufacturing, Projects, and eCommerce.
