OCP Administrator / Support Engineer (Shift-Based)

Role Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive OCPAdministrator / Support Engineer to manage, monitor, and support our OpenShiftContainer Platform (OCP) environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-onexperience with container platforms, Linux administration, automation, andproduction support operations. This role requires participation in rotationalshifts to provide 24x7 operational support and ensure high availability ofmission-critical platforms. Key Responsibilities Administer, maintain, and support Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) clusters across development, test, and production environments. Monitor cluster health, performance, capacity, and availability using enterprise monitoring tools. Perform incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for platform-related incidents.
