OCM Lead

We are engaged by a top Telecommunications firm to lead a Success Factor EPR implementation. Our teams via consulting arm are implementing, SAP Success factor modules from scratch and leading the process from Business Process Mapping to Implementation for the SAP Success Factor Recruiting & on-boarding and Position management modules. We are further building our team for this project and adding an OCM Lead (Organizational Change Management leader) who can lead all aspects of the change for this implementation across 30 countries.

Overview This is a London UK based full time permanent role (contract to perm is an option for the right candidate) and only suitable for those who are currently residing in the UK. Requirements Must haves: Spearhead SAP Success Factor implementation as an OCM lead for HR global transformation implementation for a global firm Experience as an OCM Lead on relevant projects Experience with SAP Success Factor Module a.
