Edmonton Zone Continuing Care provides services through five main program areas: Home and Community Care, Supportive Living, Facility Living, Transition Services and Palliative Care. We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our Home and Community Care (HCC) team to provide professional support services in the homes of clients of all ages & stages of life.
