These services can be delivered in the comfort of their home, school, workplace, or local community—wherever it best supports their short- and long-term goals.Additionally, they provide telehealth services for occupational, speech, and physiotherapy. This option minimises travel time and costs while maintaining the same high-quality care. Telehealth sessions can be conducted using a desktop computer, tablet/iPad, or mobile device with a reliable internet connection. These services are both effective and secure, with therapists adhering to Australian privacy principles to ensure client confidentiality.
