Trilogic Recruitment are looking for an O&M planning & Logistics Controller to join the Operations and Maintenance team for a client. Overview of the position. Providing administrative and planning support to the O&M Planners.
To coordinate, control and develop all inventory, stock and audit related activities. This role will require weekend working, on a 1 in 4 rota basis. Main Duties for the role: Creation of service orders, scheduling jobs and reviewing closed service orders.
Preparation and co-ordination of quotations Provide weekend cover Raise purchase orders, liaising with suppliers and field service engineers (FSE), tracking of all purchase orders and maintaining records for costs. Maintaining client contact. Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and reports Mange the stock take portfolio schedule for contractual spares while working with the planning team and our asset managers ensuring all spares audit for that month are completed on time.
