This position requires a high school diploma and four years of full-time experience directly related to the job functions. Ability to obtain Certified Healthcare Simulation Operations Specialist certification within 2 years of hire date. Experience working as an operating room technician. Recent full-time experience in a healthcare setting. Experience operating a personal computer and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and database management software. Ability to work a flexible schedule to adapt to changing educational needs, including evenings as needed (average of 1-2 days per week) and occasional weekend special events.
