NPI Test Development Engineer - ATE, NAND & PCIE

Job Description

We are looking for a NPI Test Development Product Engineer to join our team in Malaysia, Penang to be part of the worldwide Data Center Solution team (DCS). As a NPI Test Development Product Engineer, you will be focused on working with state‑of‑the‑art technologies such as CXL, NAND FLASH, PCIE and DDR to develop ATE test programs and perform characterization to ensure timely delivery of products to customers while maintaining high quality and yields. You will collaborate with design teams to define and develop test methods optimized for test cost and coverage, and work with engineers in Asia for new product introductions and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high quality and cost effective test program using Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) at package and wafer levels.
• Work across boundaries with design team to perform ATPG vector generation.
