Role Description
- Lead the development of new rubber and engineering plastic parts
- You’ll work on product feasibility, process optimization and cost-effective solutions while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct product & process feasibility studies for new parts.
- Execute trials, document results and ensure Right First Time (RFT).
- Coordinate with customers through development to approval stages.
- Improve processes to reduce lead time and enhance yield.
- Prepare molds, gauges, fixtures and maintain master samples.
- Prepare Costing for New Products & Tool Development
