Job Summary Supervise daily operations of accommodation, travel and tourism services to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences. Coordinate staff, workflows and compliance with industry standards to support efficient service delivery. Number of Positions 3 Main Duties Supervise and coordinate front-line teams including reception, housekeeping and guest services to maintain service standards. Develop and manage staff schedules and shift assignments to ensure adequate coverage. Train, mentor and evaluate team members; provide coaching and performance feedback. Respond to guest inquiries and complaints, implementing service recovery measures as required. Monitor inventory, supplies and facility maintenance needs; coordinate procurement and vendor services. Prepare operational reports, track performance metrics and ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation requirements.
