Job Summary Provide compassionate basic nursing care and assist clinical staff in delivering safe patient services. Support daily living activities, monitor patient conditions, and maintain a clean, safe environment. Number of Positions 5 Main Duties Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding. Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and report significant changes to nursing staff. Position, transfer and ambulate patients using safe body mechanics and assistive devices. Support nursing procedures by preparing equipment, collecting specimens, and documenting care. Maintain cleanliness of patient areas, change bed linens, and follow infection prevention practices.
