About the Role
Anderson Knight is recruiting a Helpdesk Operator, based in the Technical Bureau team in the heart of Glasgow.
We’re looking for switched‑on, motivated individuals to join our clients Technical Bureau team, where you’ll play a key role in supporting some of the UK’s biggest retailers. You’ll be trained to monitor and remotely diagnose issues with Refrigeration, HVAC, and Lighting systems, helping to keep stores running smoothly.
Salary: £29,370.25 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7pm – 7am & every third Saturday 7pm – 7am)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Responding to store alarms and logged faults, performing remote diagnostic checks
- Helping fix issues remotely or arranging engineer visits when needed
- Supporting field engineers and store teams via phone and email
