A leading producer and exporter of Rooibos and other herbal teas , is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to join their team. The company specializes in sourcing, processing, blending, and packaging premium-quality natural teas for both local and international markets . The chosen candidate will lead the warehouse night shift to ensure accurate, safe, and timely receiving, storage, labelling, and dispatch of goods; uphold food safety and quality protocols ; and maintain real-time inventory visibility via ERP data capture.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the warehouse night shift team.
Coordinate the dispatch of all finished products according to sales orders.
Check and maintain stock levels of raw materials and packaging.
Conduct and prepare for monthly stock counts.
