Night-Shift International Chat & Email Support Associate

Sperton Global AS is seeking Customer Service Associates in Ara Damansara, Selangor to support an international customer service project. This role involves handling customer inquiries through chat and email while ensuring an excellent service experience.

The ideal candidates will possess a minimum SPM qualification and good command of English. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage. Candidates must be willing to work rotational shifts, including night shifts, and will receive training to ensure they meet service standards.

This position offers a salary of RM2,500 plus night shift allowance (up to RM300).
