About the Role
InterContinental Malta is looking to recruit a **Night Auditor** to join our team in Malta. The selected applicant will be responsible to ensure that the hotel is providing the highest possible standards in customer care excellence and respond to our guests with professionalism, and goodwill throughout their stay. Duties will mainly be carried out through the night; however the candidate must be flexible to work both day and night shifts.
Responsibilities:
+ Greets guests upon arrival ensuring they feel expected and welcome.
+ To assist with the allocation of bedrooms and special request bookings.
+ Maintains an up-to-date knowledge of the hotel and local services and supplies to be able to respond to guest queries including handling customer requests and complaints and directing other employees or departments accordingly.
