Role: Nice CXOne Developer
Experience Range: 7 – 8 Years
Location: Chennai/Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Kolkata/NCR/Mumbai
Must Have:
- Strong expertise in NICE CXone and Cisco UCCE/UCCX
- contact center platforms, with a solid foundation in SIP, VoIP, and enterprise telephony.
- Experienced in cloud architectures on AWS and Azure, and skilled in API, middleware, and enterprise system integrations to enable seamless, scalable contact center solutions.
- Hands-on exposure to NICE CXone CCaaS.
- Strong understanding of NICE CXone architecture and Cisco contact center platforms (UCCE/UCCX), along with practical experience in SIP, VoIP, and telephony integrations. <...
