Network / System Engineer

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Messaging and Collaboration Engineer for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Plano, TX, Pennington, NJ and Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting the enterprise Messaging and Collaboration infrastructure in a large-scale, multi-site environment. The ideal candidate will manage applications such as Outlook, SharePoint, WebEx, and MS Teams, and handle the integration of email with mobile devices and other unified communication technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Administer Messaging and Collaboration user accounts, including creation, changes, moves, and group list maintenance


• Assume a leadership role in resolving complex technical issues (SME)


• Consult with application developers on the impact of applications on the messaging environment
