Enhance our knowledge base by updating the documentation of operating procedures and instructions;
Ensure firmware upgrades for network equipment
Independently manage site infrastructure transformation projects in compliance with client standards and best practices in terms of network architecture
Perform network compliance audits and ensure the security and high availability of the client's infrastructure are maintained
Adhere to client-defined SLAs and monitor them with your manager.
