Network Planning & Delivery Lead Analyst

The **Network Planning & Delivery Lead Analyst** will support in scaling QTS' European data centre network connectivity portfolio. The primary function is day-to-day planning, analysis, and delivery – network due diligence, carrier engagement, commercial negotiation, solution design, cost analysis, procurement, contract lifecycle management, and coordination through to operational handover.

This role operates autonomously across a growing portfolio of campuses, using data-driven insight to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle. The role holds delegated authority to lead carrier and supplier engagements on contracts exceeding $15M through to executive sign-off, and acts as a regional representative of Network Planning & Delivery - interfacing with Technology Leadership up to and including CTO, and executive sponsors at VP level and above.
