Network Operations Engineer

As a Senior Network Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Network Operations Engineers within the Technical Operations Centre during your shift. Ensuring efficient incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues against defined SLAs and targets, whilst maintaining communication with internal teams, stakeholders and the Global Network Services Operations management team. How you will do it: Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor the Network operations engineers to ensure high performance and productivity. Incident Management: Oversee the identification, resolution, and escalation of incidents related to network services in a timely manner.
