The Network Operations Engineer II, will be responsible for supporting CME's network infrastructure; through monitoring, troubleshooting and change implementation using Industry Standard, Best Practices.
The Network Operations Engineer II will ensure the ongoing operation of service to end users & customers by ensuring that service is operated within agreed service levels, and in alignment to agreed policies, processes, and standards. The role will be key to ensuring the overall platform stability and its sustained delivery to clients and internal stakeholders.
