- Lead day-to-day operational support across all network technologies
- Mentor, coach, and quality check S1 analysts
- Provide feedback on communication quality, troubleshooting approach, and ticket handling
- Serve as first point of escalation before issues reach S3
- Partner with management on performance assessment and development of junior staff
