About the Role
Join Canucks Sports & Entertainment as a Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer, focusing on diverse network and telephony support. This role emphasizes firewall management and onsite/remote troubleshooting.
You will serve as the primary network security expert, specializing in FortiGate and Sophos firewalls. Collaborate closely with vendors and internal teams to lead network projects, ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems while maintaining our Windows Server infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve complex network problems
• Oversee management of switches and telephony
• Design and implement network infrastructure solutions
• Plan firewall upgrades to adhere to change management
• Support Cisco-based network systems effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years in Information Technology
• At least 7 years in networking environments
• 5+ years of firewall management experience
• Proficient in VoIP technology
