About the Role
Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage WAN solutions including MPLS, VPN, and SD-WAN technologies. Monitor network performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot WAN-related problems. Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and achieve system performance targets. Document network configurations and operational processes for reference and compliance. Participate in network capacity planning and forecasting to ensure reliability and performance. Provide technical assistance during the deployment of new network components and services. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to optimize network solutions. Stay updated on industry trends and WAN technologies to propose improvements.
